The client approached us with a specific challenge to solve - a large skylight that was causing excess heat build up in the home. To ease the discomfort the client was experiencing, our team came up with a solution to install a bespoke heat reflective shade - all controlled by a wall mounted keypad. To install this, we used an automated lighting and shading system by Lutron - allowing the client to effectively control the climate within the home. The shade is surrounded by sleek, modern LED lighting.
